India Continues as the go-to market for Chinese OEMs

India continues as the go-to target market for Chinese OEMs. Huawei Honor announced they will invest $10 million to promote the brand in India including a localized marketing team and website. Xiaomi is using India to announce a major product launch on April 23 with Lei Jun and Hugo Barra in attendance. Meizu also announced the M1 launching in India in April. With Nubia, Xiaomi, Oppo, Meizu, Gionee, Huawei, Vivo and others it is starting to look as crowded as China.
